Our tourists will have the possibility to become familiar with the knowhow of making yoghurt – a skill inherited from the Thracians. Apart from learning how to prepare yoghurt tourists will learn how to prepare banitza (sheets of pastry with feta cheese filling which is a traditional dish for all regions in Bulgaria).
